What We OFFER

  • Full Service Design & Coordination

    Designs by Lauren is a Full-Service design and coordination business which includes my professional assistance, right from the beginning. I’ll spend time learning and understand your vision for your wedding, and then I’ll begin to focus on the visual logistics of the day and all aspects of the coordination process. Services include:

    • Exclusive access to your own Planning System on a Shared Excel Form

    • Custom Wedding Mood Deck, Tailored to each Event

    • Consultation on Overall Look and Feel of the Wedding and Identifying a Color Palette Introductory

    • Meeting and follow-up via Monthly Planning Meetings or Calls

    • Venue Research and Recommendations

    • Vendor Research, Recommendations, Contract Review, and on-going Email Communication

    • Assist in Theme and Design Element, Including: specialty linens, invitations, paper goods and signage design

    • Creation of a Master Timeline

    • Complete Vendor Management

    • Book Lodging/Room Blocks and assist in Manage RSVPs

    • Welcome Box and Favor Assembly

    • In-person Walk Through (review layout of room and fine tune day of details)

    • One Hour of Rehearsal Management (if not provided by venue)

    • Complete Day Of Coordination with Lead Planner

  • Day of Coordination

    It is more than just "Day Of". Starting three months out, I will come and take the reins. By now you’ve booked all your vendors and have a handle on your wedding details, but not sure how to pull it all together on the big day. Designs by Lauren will take over all your vendor communication and take care of all the set up and logistics on the day of the event. So, all you have to do is show up and enjoy your day! Three months before your wedding day, I will provide the following:

    • Introductory Meeting

    • Vendor Coordination

    • Timeline Creation

    • Email Communication

    • In-person Walk Through (review layout of room and fine tune day of details)

    • One Hour of Rehearsal Management (If not provided by the venue)

    • Complete Day Of Coordination with Lead Planner

    • Set up of Personal Décor

    • Tear Down of Personal Decor After Reception

After our discussion, I’ll craft a personalized proposal including a mood board inspired by our conversation which captures the essence of your vision and style for your perfect wedding day look.

03. PLANNING
I will identify vendors and design elements that perfectly align with the vision we’ve agreed upon, ensuring every detail reflects your unique style and preference. For Day- Of clients, I’ll initiate contact with the vendors you’ve selected and begin crafting a comprehensive plan for the day, tailored to your vision.

04. PARTY
Now, it’s your time to relax and enjoy your special day while I work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your dream wedding comes to life seamlessly, leaving you with unforgettable memories to cherish forever.

  • Absolutely!

    Lauren loves to travel and always has her passport ready to go.

  • While I do have a list of recommended vendors, I do not have a preferred list. Each wedding and couple is different and requires a vendor team that fits their style, personality, and budget.

  • Venue coordinators are responsible for overseeing the set-up logistics as it relates directly to the venue. A wedding coordinator manages all wedding day details from start to finish with your entire wedding team.

  • Designs by Lauren offers a 10% discount to any bride or groom that is active duty military or veteran.

    • Proof Required (Military ID, Veterans Affairs ID, Drivers License, DD-214)

  • Wedding Designers focuses on the visual logistics of the day.

    3. Collaborate with vendors and make sure vendors communicate with each other to emphasize design elements

    4. Create out of the box looks (No Designs by Lauren wedding will look the same or like any other)

  • Wedding Coordinators handle timelines, logistics, and manage all other logistics of event.
